Texas senior living company eyes BR site for entrance into La. market

A Texas-based company that operates four senior living communities near Houston, Dallas and San Antonio has plans to move to the Baton Rouge market in the first quarter of 2016. A proposed 77,000-square-foot complex on a 6-acre site off Highland Road, near the Country Club of Louisiana, would accommodate 50 assisted living and 40 memory care residents.
