An investment group has purchased an industrial office and warehouse at 8700 South Choctaw Dr. for nearly $2.8 million.
Sales documents show Covington-based BIIP LLC, which has owned the property since 2008, sold the building to Next Generation Developments LLC, in a deal that closed Wednesday afternoon.
Saurage Rotenberg Commercial Real Estate, LLC is a member of the Baton Rouge Area Chamber of Commerce (BRAC); the West Baton Rouge Chamber of Commerce; the Baton Rouge Better Business Bureau; the Louisiana Commercial Data Base (LACDB); and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
