Also, brokered by Saurage Commercial Real Estate is a remarkable ten year lease between 16282OJ, LLC and Pediatric Health Choice, a Tampa, Fla. based firm, at the same property. Construction and renovations on the building are scheduled to begin next month.
Hank Saurage obtained his Real Estate Sales License in 1984, followed shortly thereafter by his Real Estate Broker’s License in 1986.
