Hank is a lifelong resident of Baton Rouge, Louisiana and graduate of Baton Rouge High School. He has two daughters, Maddox Grace and Hanson Nicole, with his wife Laura. Hank is a competitive sailing enthusiast and avid golfer.
Hank obtained his Real Estate Sales License in 1984, followed shortly thereafter by his Real Estate Broker’s License in 1986. To further expand his business, he then obtained his Real Estate Broker’s License in Mississippi in 1997. In 1990, Hank earned the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation from the Certified Commercial Investment Member Institute. In Hank started Saurage Realtors in 1991 with property management added in 1993 and a residential division which grew to the 3rd largest company in sales by 2007, the year he sold the residential division to a global company. The commercial division and property management division continued to expand. In 2011, Hank partnered with Edward Rotenberg, SIOR to form Saurage Rotenberg Commercial Real Estate …one of the most respected and productive commercial real estate companies in the south.
