Nicole attended Southeastern Louisiana University where she completed a Bachelor of Arts in History in December 2003. She began her career with Saurage Company, Inc. in 2000 as the commercial division administrator and executive assistant to Hank Saurage. Over the years, Nicole has steadily advanced within the company—becoming office manager in 2004, operations manager in 2007, and accounting manager in 2019, where she continues to serve as a key member of the Saurage Rotenberg Commercial Real Estate team.
In her current role, Nicole oversees a wide range of responsibilities, including accounting, operations, and administrative functions. She also plays an active role in the company’s marketing initiatives, assisting with social media content planning and brokerage advertising strategy. As a lifelong creative with a passion for photography, Nicole trained under a professional photographer and now provides in-house headshots and lifestyle photography for the firm—bringing a distinctive, story-driven approach to Saurage Rotenberg’s visual branding.
Nicole has a long-standing commitment to the commercial real estate industry. In 2001, she consulted on the formation of the Louisiana Commercial Data Base (LACDB) alongside top brokers from across the state. She has helped several professionals compile their portfolios in pursuit of the CCIM designation and continues to support CCIM efforts on both the state and national levels. Nicole also works closely with local and state commercial real estate associations to promote integrity and professionalism within the industry. She has completed numerous courses in real estate law and contracts through Louisiana State University’s Paralegal Studies Program and regularly attends seminars and webinars to stay up-to-date on industry trends and marketing best practices
