Nicole attended Southeastern Louisiana University where she completed a Bachelor of Arts in History in December 2003. In 2000 Nicole began working for Saurage Company, Inc. as the commercial division administrator and Hank Saurage’s executive assistant. In 2004 Nicole was promoted to office manager, in 2007 to operations manager, and in 2019 to accounting manager where she remains today with Saurage Rotenberg Commercial Real Estate, LLC.
In 2001 Nicole consulted on the formation of the Louisiana Commercial Data Base (LACDB) along with top commercial brokers throughout the state. Over the years she has assisted several real estate consultants with compiling their portfolios in preparation for their CCIM Designation. Nicole continues to consult with CCIM on the national and state level, actively assisting commercial real estate professionals in pursuit of their goals. She also works with local and state commercial real estate associations promoting the integrity of the commercial real estate industry and professionalism of its practitioners.
Nicole has taken numerous courses in real estate law and contracts with the Louisiana State University’s Paralegal Studies Program furthering her knowledge of the commercial real estate industry, actively attends seminars and webinars on current marketing practices.
