Potential designs for the redevelopment of the old Entergy site on Government Street will be unveiled at 6:30 p.m. March 2 at the Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church fellowship hall, 185 Eddie Robinson Sr. Drive.
Andres Duany, the urban planner who has led a team mapping the redevelopment of the 6-acre site at 1509 Government St., will present his potential designs for the property and the area surrounding it, said Gwen Hamilton, interim director of the East Baton Rouge Redevelopment Authority.
Matthew Shirley joined Saurage Rotenberg Commercial Real Estate in January 2011. Matthew is a graduate of Louisiana State University with a degree in International Trade and Finance. While at LSU Matthew was a member of Omicron Delta Epsilon The International Honor Society for Economics. Matthew’s professional memberships include the Greater Baton Rouge Association of REALTORS® Commercial Investment Division and the Louisiana Commercial Data Base (LACDB).
