BATON ROUGE— H.N. “Hank” Saurage IV, of Saurage Commercial Real Estate, and Edward L. Rotenberg of Sealy & Falgoust Real Estate, LLC, are pleased to announce the formation of Saurage Rotenberg Commercial Real Estate, LLC.
The merger, finalized on March 4, 2011, allows them to combine their strengths and resources to better serve their clients.
The company will provide services in sales, leasing and property management. They will also provide consulting in commercial and industrial development.
According to Rotenberg, “We saw an opportunity to merge our contacts, staff and expertise in the business and build upon it. Our goal is to provide our clients a more well-rounded commercial real estate brokerage firm.”
Saurage and Rotenberg are both Baton Rouge natives with over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry. They worked together at Latter & Blum over 20 years ago before going their separate ways. They both believe that their number of contacts and clients are a result of their stability in the Baton Rouge community and real estate business.
Collectively, Saurage Rotenberg Commercial Real Estate has fifteen staff and agents, making it one of the larger commercial real estate companies in the Greater Baton Rouge area. Of the fifteen, five are Certified Commercial Investment Member designees (CCIM) and one designee of the Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS® (SIOR). CCIM and SIOR are two highly distinctive memberships recognized by the National Association of REALTORS® and the corporate world. Many of the firm’s agents are also members of the Greater Baton Rouge Association of REALTORS® Commercial Investment Division and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
