Hank Saurage has purchased the old BIG Mitsubishi dealership near Interstate 12 and Airline Highway for $1.8 million. Saurage’s commercial real estate firm had the listing for the six-acre site, which has been empty since October, when Gerry Lane Enterprises purchased the dealership and moved it to Reiger Road. Hank obtained his Real Estate Sales License in 1984, followed shortly thereafter by his Real Estate Brokers License in 1986 and then his Real Estate Brokers License in Mississippi in 1997. In 1990, Hank earned the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation from the Commercial Investment Real Estate Council.
