On Friday, May 31, Saurage Rotenberg Commercial Real Estate, LLC brokered the sale of city landmark Dean Tower. Dean Tower, the 14-story landmark on Florida Boulevard, is now Mid City Tower and will soon host a college, its new owners say. Ann Simmers is a partner in Mid City Tower and director of the Court Reporting Institute of Louisiana, currently on South Harrell’s Ferry Road. 



Jim Allen earned his bachelor’s degree from Baylor University in Waco, Texas and his masters from Louisiana State University.  In addition to his multiple degrees he has taken numerous coursework in banking, marketing, accounting, and business law.  As a complement to his sales experience, Jim also has 30 years experience in commercial real estate financing.
