Panache Plaza, a 26,600-square-foot shopping center on Perkins Road, is set to open by June. The center, between Bluebonnet Boulevard and Essen Lane, is negotiating a deal with Chris’ Specialty Meats to take up 5,000 square feet, says Chris Shaheen, who is developing and marketing the center.
