Port Allen, Louisiana – A 75,000-square-foot distribution warehouse located on roughly eight acres of land at 1000 LeBlanc Road in Port Allen has sold for $2.85 million. PC Holdings Magnolia LLC was the purchaser, and the seller was Over The River LLC. Benjamin Stalter, vice president of commercial real estate with Maestri Murrell Real Estate, and Edward Rotenberg, partner and associate broker with Saurage Rotenberg Commercial Real Estate, handled the transaction.
